This Legal Notice sets out the identity, registration details and regulatory status of Balmevo Health Ltd, the company responsible for balmevo.info and for the sale of CoQ10 200, together with information on how the site itself is governed, retained and reviewed. 3. Information used to verify and administer this notice
To keep this notice accurate we maintain internal records confirming our own company registration status, VAT registration and registered office address, which we cross-check against the Companies House register and HM Revenue & Customs VAT records at least once a year. We do not collect personal information from visitors specifically for the purposes of this notice; any personal information referenced elsewhere on the site, for example through the order form, is governed by our Privacy Policy rather than by this document. Where a regulator or verification body requests evidence of our registration, we retain copies of our certificate of incorporation and VAT registration certificate indefinitely as part of our permanent corporate records, since these do not expire and are periodically required for banking, insurance and regulatory purposes.
4. Retention of corporate and regulatory records
Statutory company records, including registers of directors and confirmation statements filed with Companies House, are retained for the lifetime of the company and for a minimum of six years after any relevant filing, consistent with the Companies Act 2006. VAT records supporting the number quoted in section 2 are retained for six years from the end of the relevant VAT accounting period, in line with HM Revenue & Customs requirements. We review this Legal Notice at least once a year, and immediately following any change to our company registration, VAT status or registered office, updating the "last updated" date at the top of the page whenever a change is made. Version 2.3, dated 11 August 2026, expanded this notice with the detailed sections above covering retention, complaints and international considerations, in addition to the original company and regulatory information. Version 2.0, dated 4 February 2026, added Food Standards Scotland and the Advertising Standards Authority to the list of relevant regulatory authorities. Version 1.1, dated 12 December 2025, corrected a formatting error in the display of the VAT number.
