From Edinburgh, across the UK.
We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. Once confirmed, CoQ10 200 is normally dispatched within 1–2 working days in discreet packaging. This page sets out, in detail, exactly what data we use to arrange delivery, how long delivery normally takes by region, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

1. Scope of this delivery information
This page explains how orders for CoQ10 200 placed through balmevo.info are confirmed, dispatched and delivered within the United Kingdom, and it applies to every order regardless of the region to which it is being sent. It covers the information we collect to arrange delivery, the couriers we use, realistic timescales by region, and what happens if a delivery attempt fails or a parcel is delayed. It does not cover international delivery, since we currently dispatch only to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and Islands. It should be read alongside our Return Policy, which explains your rights once an order has arrived, and our Privacy Policy, which explains how delivery-related information is retained.
2. Information used to arrange your delivery
To arrange delivery we use the full name, delivery address, postcode and telephone number you provide through the order form, together with the outcome of the confirmation call in which a member of our team agrees the order with you. We pass only the minimum information necessary, being your name, address and phone number, to the courier responsible for your parcel, so that they can complete delivery and contact you if there is a problem, such as being unable to locate the property. We do not pass your email address to couriers unless you specifically ask us to use email for delivery updates instead of a phone call. Notes you add to the order form, for example access instructions for a communal building, are also shared with the courier so that delivery can be attempted correctly first time.
3. Legal basis for processing delivery information
We process your delivery information on the basis of taking steps necessary to perform the contract formed once your order is confirmed, consistent with Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR, and we share only what is strictly required for the courier to complete that specific delivery. Where we retain delivery records afterwards for accounting purposes, we do so on the basis of our legal obligation to keep business records under UK tax law, as described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Where you provide optional delivery instructions, such as a safe place to leave the parcel, we process that information on the same contractual basis, since it is necessary to fulfil the delivery you have requested. We do not use delivery information for any marketing purpose without separate consent.
4. How long we keep delivery records
Delivery confirmation records, including courier tracking references and delivery dates, are retained for six years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, consistent with our general order-record retention period described in our Privacy Policy. Delivery notes and access instructions specific to a single order are retained only for the duration needed to complete that delivery and are then archived alongside the wider order record rather than kept in an active operational system. If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we retain a note of the reason for six years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, even where the underlying goods are restocked or disposed of sooner. Courier tracking data generated by the courier's own systems is retained according to that courier's own retention schedule, which is outside our direct control.
5. Your rights in relation to delivery
You have the right to be told, before you complete your order, a realistic estimate of when delivery will occur, which is why the regional table below reflects genuine current estimates rather than a single UK-wide figure. You have the right to cancel your order at any point before dispatch without giving a reason, by telling us during the confirmation call or by emailing [email protected], after which no delivery will be attempted and no payment will be requested. If delivery does not occur within thirty days of the date agreed during confirmation, and no alternative date has been agreed with you, you are entitled to treat the contract as at an end and request a full refund of anything already paid, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You also have the data protection rights described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy in relation to any delivery information we hold about you.
6. Third parties involved in delivery
Delivery is carried out by established UK courier networks, principally Royal Mail Group for standard parcels and DPD UK or Evri for tracked regional deliveries, selected according to the delivery region and service level appropriate to your order. Each courier operates under its own conditions of carriage, which apply in addition to these delivery terms and to our Terms of Use, and each courier is contractually required to use the personal information we share with it solely for the purpose of completing your delivery. We do not permit couriers to use your information for their own marketing purposes. If a courier subcontracts part of a delivery route to a local final-mile partner, which is common in rural and island areas, that partner is bound by the same contractual restrictions through the courier's own supply chain agreements.
7. Cookies relevant to delivery tracking
This delivery page itself does not set any cookie beyond the strictly necessary session cookie, balmevo_session, described in our Cookie Policy, which is used only to keep the site functioning correctly during your visit. If a courier provides an online tracking portal once your parcel is dispatched, that portal is operated by the courier and may set its own cookies under its own cookie notice, which is separate from balmevo.info and outside our control. We recommend reviewing a courier's own cookie notice if you use their tracking portal and wish to understand how that specific service handles your information. Declining optional cookies on balmevo.info does not affect your ability to receive delivery updates by phone, which remains our default method of communication.
8. Delivery estimates by UK region
| Region | Estimated delivery | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| London & South East | 1–2 working days | £2.99 |
| Midlands & East of England | 2–3 working days | £2.99 |
| North of England | 2–4 working days | £2.99 |
| Scotland | 3–5 working days | £3.99 |
| Wales | 2–4 working days | £2.99 |
| Northern Ireland | 4–6 working days | £4.99 |
| Highlands & Islands | 4–7 working days | £5.99 |
These international-style regional bands reflect typical courier network performance and are estimates rather than guarantees; working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays, and estimates may lengthen slightly during exceptionally busy periods such as the days immediately before a bank holiday weekend.
9. Complaints about delivery and how we respond
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimate shown above, or if a delivery attempt was recorded but you did not receive it, please contact us at [email protected] or call +44 131 289 4405 during our opening hours, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30. We aim to acknowledge a delivery query within one working day, given that timing is usually important, and to provide you with an update from the courier within a further two working days. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, once the courier's loss investigation is complete, which typically takes no more than ten working days from the point we first raise it. If you remain unsatisfied with how a delivery complaint has been handled, the escalation route described in section 9 of our Terms of Use applies equally here.
